Account & Registration

Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and a password, then select PKR as your currency. A verification code is sent to your mobile number via SMS – enter it to activate your account. The whole process takes under five minutes. Once verified, you can deposit and start playing immediately.

Yes. You must be 18 years or older to register a 777cox account. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. Age is verified before your first withdrawal is processed, using your CNIC or another government-issued ID. If you are under 18, do not register.

No. Each player may hold only one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances may be voided. Yes, you can update contact details through your account settings or by contacting support. A verification step is required to confirm the change is authorised by the account holder. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorised contact detail changes. Keep your contact details current, as they're used for verification, password resets and withdrawal confirmations.

To close your account, contact 777cox support directly. Before closing, ensure any remaining PKR balance is withdrawn to your preferred payment method. Deposits & Withdrawals

777cox supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other mobile wallets for PKR deposits. JazzCash and Easypaisa are the most commonly used options among Pakistani players as they're instant and require no bank account. Deposits via bank transfer may take slightly longer depending on your bank. All deposits are made in PKR directly.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed instantly in almost all cases. Your PKR balance updates within seconds of completing the payment on your mobile wallet. If a deposit doesn't reflect after a few minutes, check your JazzCash or Easypaisa transaction history to confirm it completed, then contact support with the transaction reference number.

Yes, there is a minimum deposit amount which is displayed in the cashier section when you initiate a deposit. The minimum is kept low to make the platform accessible. It varies slightly by payment method. You don't need to deposit a large amount to access the full game library – the minimum is designed so that most players can start without committing a significant sum.

Go to the cashier section in your account and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method – JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or Raast – and enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw. Your account must be verified (CNIC submitted) before your first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed the same day. Bank transfers may take one to two working days depending on your bank.

Common reasons for withdrawal delays include: pending identity verification (your CNIC hasn't been reviewed yet), an active wagering requirement on a bonus that hasn't been completed, a withdrawal request made outside processing hours, or a bank transfer delay on the receiving bank's side. 777cox does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank) may have their own transaction fees for the transfer. Bonuses & Promotions

New accounts are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. Bonus funds are credited to your account automatically when the qualifying deposit is made – you don't need to enter a code unless one is specifically stated.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to wager (bet) before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable PKR. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of PKR 30,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus. No. Bonus funds must meet the wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. Your real money deposit can typically be withdrawn at any time, but withdrawing before completing a bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being cancelled. Go to Settings > Security (or Apps & Notifications on newer Android versions) and enable "Install unknown apps" for your browser. Then download the APK and tap it to install. The process takes about two minutes.

Currently, the dedicated app is Android-only. iPhone and iPad users can access 777cox through the mobile browser, which is fully optimised for iOS. The browser version on Safari or Chrome for iOS provides the same game library and account features as the Android app, just without native device features like biometric login. The most common reason the app won't install is that "Install from unknown sources" hasn't been enabled for the browser or file manager being used to open the APK. Make sure you've enabled it specifically for the app that's opening the file, not just a general setting. Also check you have enough storage space – the app requires a small amount of free space. If you're still stuck, contact support or use the mobile browser version instead.

After logging in to the app with your password for the first time, go to Account Settings and look for the Security or Login Options section. You'll see an option to enable fingerprint login. Tap it, authenticate once with your fingerprint to confirm, and biometric login will be active for all future logins. Your device must have fingerprint hardware for this to be available.

Security & Verification

Identity verification using your CNIC (or another government-issued ID) is required before processing your first withdrawal. This step confirms you are who you say you are, that you meet the 18+ age requirement and that the withdrawal goes to the correct person. The verification process is standard practice at all legitimate gaming platforms. Your CNIC information is stored securely and not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Yes. Go to Account Settings and open the Responsible Gaming section. From there you can set a maximum PKR deposit amount per day, week or month. Limits take effect immediately once set. Reductions apply straight away. Increases have a mandatory cooling-off period before they become active – this is intentional to give you time to reconsider. Self-exclusion blocks you from accessing your 777cox account for a set period – or permanently. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or receive promotional messages. No. 777cox support staff will never ask for your account password or any one-time verification code (OTP) sent to your mobile. If anyone claiming to be from support requests this information, it is a scam – do not provide it. Genuine support agents can verify your identity through other means. Report any such requests to the real support team immediately.

Contact support with as much detail as possible: the game name, date and time of the round, the outcome you received and what you believe should have happened. Game rounds are logged server-side and can be reviewed. Most disputes are resolved within 24–48 hours once the relevant game round data is retrieved.
